Hotel Triton Union Square San Francisco

Bad experience. I initially booked from 9th to 13th June but had to check out at 12th. I got charged for the 12 th night as well. Bad room had some kind of smell throughout. Do not recommend anyone.

Good location and clean

I liked the location and staff the most. Staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is awesome because it is very close to everything downtown.

This is obviously nothing they can change, but rooms and bathroom are tiny. Just plan accordingly.

Walking distance to nice spots in downtown. Cozy hotel atmosphere overall. Comfy rooms cleaned every two days. Noise from outside the building nicely isolated, although noise from outside the room can be heard at times. Wonderful service and helpful staff. Rey helps me a lot helping with my checkout extension. Coffees and light breakfast to simply start the day. Good value for my stay overall.

I arrived on a Tuesday afternoon & my room wasn’t clean. They said they would clean it while I went to dinner, but they didn’t. They brought up a bottle of wine, but still allowed me to sleep in an unclean room. They couldn’t move me because they were capacity and housekeeping was gone. The next morning they said they would clean it while I was gone for the day. Eight hours later, I came back and it was still not clean. I almost thought it was a joke. The manager of housekeeping came to the lobby and argued with the front desk clerk about it for about 5 to 7 minutes while I was just sitting there and I decided just to leave because it was so awkward. They kept claiming that they were a four-star hotel and this is not how they operate, but I’m not really sure if I believe. That night, it was finally cleaned 30 hours after I arrived. Upon check out when I asked if I could receive some kind of discount upon leaving, they said no and then charged me $135 per hotel fees. I would highly recommend NOT staying here.

Great location, clean, proper and fine bed (not very hard, not very soft), housekeeping every otherday

Breakfast! It's hardly anything: some juice / tea/ coffee and some sweet things (stale croissants, muffins, donuts). Quite unhealthy and not doable with allergens. My one person room had a tiny window with no view. But it was quite, cozy and clean. Staff could be nicer, some of them weren’t

The location is pretty good and the discount you can get at the surrounding restaurants is good

Unfortunately there’s no microwave so you definitely cannot bring left overs.. the refrigerators doesn’t run cold either it’s more so warm so drinks being kept cold isn’t gonna happen.. the ac wasn’t working too well for us either which was unfortunate and the pillows are most definitely not pillows
