Even though I payed through Expedia the front desk lady ran my card for the full amount. I’m still waiting for the pending charge to drop off of my card. I also felt like the staff was ok. They never seemed happy to help. More just obligated. No experience felt warm.

"Issue, not an issue."

Sarah and Bri were excellent at handling an issue upon checking in. The hotel is definitely not new, but there have been some refreshing of the spaces and they seem to take really good care of the spaces. That being said, the bed had stains on it - gross.

It is centrally located. Staff are very nice and helpful. It was very bust the weekend we were there and some of the elevators were broken. It took forever to get up and down.
