Not much to like

Rooms. Were dirty bathrooms especially the showers were unusable. The balcony was dirty

Looking past all the bad it's hard to find good

Rooms were not clean the bathrooms were in poor conditions the shower the tile was fall off and the grout was filthy we could not take a shower. In one room we found drug needles and other items. The balconies needed cleaning

Location, price, breakfast, staff

Buildings need some repair. Pool area should be fixed up, outside lounging area would be nice

Close to downtown and river.

Also close to abandoned & rundown buildings that didn’t feel too safe.

The pool has been closed for two years but there are still photos listed, very misleading. The shower temp was so variable, unable to keep it set to anything other than cold. The furniture was old and had rips. We found a dog poop under one of the beds. Would not recommend.

The surrounding area and grounds

Good location.

The entire hotel is very run down and in need of renovation. The bathroom ceiling had mold spots and patched up holes, the toilet looked like it had been re-sealed a few times but continued to leak all over the floor. When we informed the front desk, they told us the maintenance worker was busy in another room but would be over after. He never showed up and it was never fixed. The furniture in the room was old and worn. The couch was covered in stains and tears. The office chair was worn and torn. The walls were stained and the freezer was dirty. Our room was downstairs next to the stairway and the covered up, run down pool area. We could constantly smell smoke from people smoking in the stairway.
