Not much. The only advantage was that it was easy to find.

It was old, run down, dirty, non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes, outlets didn’t work, bathtub didn’t hold water, and heaven forbid you disturb the front desk staff to check in or out while they scroll on their phones.

Proximity to the hospital.

The room was cold, short on towels and wash cloths, soap. Toilet is too short. Noisy.

Facilities need maintenance. Breakfast choices were limited.

Close to downtown

The outside was old and looked a little run down

No hair dryer, no water pressure for a shower.

It was cheap for being Memorial Day weekend. The front desk lady on the night of 5/21 she was awesome! She made my night with her stories! The WiFi is so much better then McDonald's WiFi or any other motels I've stayed at.

There was blood on the sheets, the bathtub was filthy. We took toilet paper and ran across the tub and it turned the toilet paper black. There was water on the floor beside the bathtub like it leaks. Housekeepers need to clean the bathtubs better and make sure they don't put bloody sheets on the bed! If it wasn't for these things there would have been no issues!! I use to be a housekeeper and I have 15 or more years of housekeeping under my belt. Its not that hard to put a little elbow grease into scrubbing those bathtubs. And having dirty bathtubs like that is what can cause infections if someone was to take a bath in it, and with that being said my healthcare profession knowledge is coming out.
