Red Lion Inn & Suites Missoula

The pictures posted online were definitely old, because the pictures of the rooms are different. There floors so not have carpet the floors like posted they are linoleum and very dirty. We only had 2 towels in the room, and one was a face towl, and only small roll of toilet paper left. We had 5 people and 2 rooms booked. We asked for a cleaning and they kept saying tomorrow. The second day we asked and we're told they had to do 50 other rooms and could not get to us. On the third day we were told they only clean the rooms when you check out. We had to go everyday for clean towels, and toilet paper. For breakfast they ran out of cups and were waiting for doordash to deliver, and were short staffed so breakfast was limited Overall we would not stay there again and would not recommend anyone.

room was poorly kept, bathroom fan/lights didn't work, no glasses in room, no cofffee - place was generally very rundown.

Not much. The only advantage was that it was easy to find.

It was old, run down, dirty, non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes, outlets didn’t work, bathtub didn’t hold water, and heaven forbid you disturb the front desk staff to check in or out while they scroll on their phones.

Proximity to the hospital.

The room was cold, short on towels and wash cloths, soap. Toilet is too short. Noisy.

Close to downtown

The outside was old and looked a little run down

Facilities need maintenance. Breakfast choices were limited.
