I travel to Missoula once a year. I always Dine at the Finn and really enjoy it. I took my sister and talked up Double Tree. Made my reservation many months ago. Did not know it would be under construction, causing many inconvenience. The lobby was closed, no bathroom available in the restaurant. No gym, they did offer passes to a gym you can walk to. No hot tub.. Our room was nice however during our week stay was not cleaned only the beds were made and towels changed. Surfaces were not cleaned, empty tissue box was not replaced only a stack of tissue in plastic left in bathroom. I was so disappointed. At check out I asked if I could get any discount for the inconvenience caused by the construction and was told NO. No conversation. This is the first Missoula trip staying at you hotel. I was so excited to stay there.very disappointing.

Friendly staff and a beautiful place to stay

Noisy, heat stuck on 80. Had to leave balcony door open to get room temp down. Instead of a creek, room overlooks a Burger King parking lot. Lobby shown in photos is no longer there. WiFi broken. Staff apologetic but unhelpful.

Doubletree is undergoing a major reconstruction so the parking lot, lobby, etc are a bit confusing. Nonetheless check in was smooth as it could have been, staff helpful, and the on-site restaurant exceptional.

Always the best.

Construction was going on so limited parking. Sound would come through from neighboring rooms above and next door, waking us up from sound asleep in the middle of the night.
