We like the rooms over the river/creek

Under construction and rooms and dining areas need renovation

Staff very friendly. ADA room is fantastic

Location is good.

My room was a junior suite. The room was large but void of furniture, very strange looking and feel. I asked at check in for a room away from the elevator and ice machine. My room was adjacent to the elevator. Like sleeping below a subway every time it was used. After the first night I asked the front desk to be moved. They refused since I booked my stay through a third party.

We loved the location and the river view. It was perfect for walking between downtown and the university.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the heated pool. We were very sad to learn the hotel is under construction and there is no pool at the moment. We would have appreciated some mention of this when booking or in the weeks leading up to the reservation.

The open portion of the property not under renovation was in excellent condition. Cookies on arrival were delicious and restaurant on property was terrific

Loved our room and the helpful staff but the hotel was under renovations and there was a makeshift lobby and it was awkward going to the restaurant and even more inconvenient to use the bathroom at the restaurant as you had to go out to the lobby to get a key to the toilet and return

Construction

Although the hotel was under Construction and renovations, the staff made a great experience for us regardless.
