very large room. was dog friendly. very Quiet. Clean, large bed, great shower.

can't really say there was anything I didn't like.

While checking in the clerk was assisting us with our key card for the door. During the transaction a phone call came in. Instead of putting the caller on hold and helping us the paying customer, he answered the phone, handed us our keys, and pointed to the general area our room was in. Once in the room there was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door while all the other towels were folded and stacked on the shelf. Not to mention the random hair in the shower. The pillows were tiny pillows that looked more like decoration and not for sleeping on

The staff did everything they could to make my stay more comfortable and the location was ideal and had an outside heated pool

Room was musty, lamp and fridge didn't work properly, vanity sink was plugged, key cards didn't work and was locked out of room for an hour, breakfast consisted if a frozen burrito or frozen breakfast sandwich, AND TV and phone didn't work apparently someone didn't pay the bill

The breakfast was WEAK. microwave burritos and instant oatmeal? During our stay the TV service was out. Ive never stayed at a hotel without TV. You should NEVER let that happen again

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. No street noise.

Breakfast offerings were over-processed. No fruit.

Convenient area The water pressure in the shower was wonderful

This property was not clean at all, there was thick dust on the coffee pot that did not have a basket to brew the coffee and the ice bucket also had a thick layer of dust. The towels were threadbare and had holes- I do think they were clean The sheets were clean but the bedspread had bloodstains and pills - very gross. The room door had to strongly be pushed open. The sink did not drain, the toilet did not flush without holding the handle down thru the entire flush, and the room itself needed a thorough cleaning and vacuuming, walls washed etc. The breakfast was pitiful and mostly non existent. When I asked for a couple extra hand towels they said they did not have any. I would say they need to address a lot of issues going on. We will NEVER stay there again

It was close to the stuff we wanted to do, and they let us check In early.

It’s just old and needs some TLC.
