GBReceptionist was very helpful. I could not fault him for moving me to 3 separate rooms, otherwise nothing.
The receptionist gave me three rooms in sequence. First was mouldy, the second you couldn’t open the outer door, and the third had a stain on the sheet in a place where you really wouldn’t want a stain on a sheet. I gave up, asked for my money back and I have expectation of this being fulfilled. I’ve no idea why this hotel ever got the score that it has on Booking.com. Don’t. I do have photos which Booking.com is asking me for below, but I dare not share them.
USUSUSUSUSFront desk people were very helpful. The room served the intended purpose and was quite clean. Breakfast was in a different building across the parking lot from our room and more of a continental breakfast than having fresh cooked food.
EV charger didn't work. Bed was firm.
