We had a clogged sink and took two days to get it looked at. They came on the second day after three calls to the service desk. The maintanance guy plunged it but it did not fix it very well at all. The cleaning crew never came and cleaned the room.

The rooms were clean. The outside of the property is very run down. The casino was like a ghost town.

As with all hotel casinos you have to enter through the smoky casino, but the nonsmoking rooms were far enough away to avoid getting the smell

Everything was out dated and “out of service”. Casino wreaked of smoke, which I understand that it’s Nevada but that’s maybe the ONLY thing other states should adopt from California is a no smoking in buildings policy. AC was out in room, shower didn’t work in another. Tacks coming up in floor. The front desk people/manager were the only thing good about this place as they did at least give a little bit of a refund back for all of these issues.
