Excellent hotel

Nice staff, comfortable bed, shower pressure was great! Room was big and even though balcony was small it was nice to have! Would’ve loved to have a chair to sit on the balcony!

Out dated, could use some upgrading! Doors look like original from when opened. Wouldn’t consider our room executive and way over priced.

Staff at front desk was very accommodating for a disabled individual. We had a pet room but the toilet was way too low for disabled. Frank was very thoughtful and understanding, and changed our room to an ADA room. Will stay again. Everyone was very kind!

Small but nice Casino. Has a nice Starbucks. Rooms are a little outdated, but a good place to rest for the night. Hardly any people here, so it’s quiet.

They were so good with my dog Daisy staying with me.

We are elderly and riding our HD across the US the staff was terrible we ask for a bottom to floor, we put way in the back seemed like a block away on the 3rd floor didn't even get a balcony room so we could watch our bike they laughed when we ask about breakfast either the management needs to do something with this employee we felt like she just didn't like us

This property was filthy. Our room wasn’t very clean; no soap in bathroom, shower curtain all torn up, and the television didn’t work. The staff was the worst! We were asked to leave because the roulette table dealer was very rude and inappropriate to other guests (asking what pronouns they go by in front of all the other guests at the table) and I said something to her. Instead of reprimanding the dealer, they chose the easy way out and told us we had to leave. I will never stay in Elko again. Especially not at that trashy Maverick Red Lion. Disgusting!!

The casino was nice. The bathrooms in the room could stand to be redone. The porcelain had rubbed off on both the toilet and the tub in spots.
