Holiday Inn Express - Indiana by IHG

The bed was comfortable although the bathroom was small. It was great for just one or two people. The breakfast was great and had many options. Close to many stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The proximity was close to my destination

Terrible front desk staff. Charged wrong credit card, then mislead me about it, then refused to do anything about it. Told me I should call the manager on Monday, like that was my job. I said I would dispute the charges and the front desk person could not care any less. No "Holiday" at this Inn. Started my weekend on a sour note. Avoid this hotel.

We had reservations, and check-in was a breeze. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it had all the amenities you'd expect from an IHG property. Street noise was not a problem, but the walls between rooms seemed a bit thin. It's close to food, gas, and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Close to IUP campus. Bed was comfortable and was able to adjust the temperature in the room to our liking.

We were placed on the first floor, which is the bottom floor of the hotel. It was very noisy. We were woken up multiple times from banging from above floor. We also must have been below the area they have breakfast since starting at 6am we heard chairs moving above us and a lot of movement that woke us up. I would make sure not to stay on this floor again if we came back. We got to breakfast at 9:15 and it was not much to choose from as it wasn’t replenished. The floor in food area was dirty and sticky and table were not wiped clean or maintained. Juice machine was watered down OJ. The syrup containers were empty and very messy. I know it was busy for the homecoming weekend but maybe they need more staff to keep food area so it’s cleaner and stocked. Bathroom was very small.
