"If you like cleanness, nice, put together welcoming front desk . Avoid this hotel."

The bed, sheets and pillows. Higher floor

The sink was not draining. Broken. The halls, walls, elevators , outside areas . Very dirty. Overflown trash. Animals around. Front desk needs customer service training, but I think they deal with a lot of blue color workers so the staff matches their public. The HI hotels I wanted were sold out. This was my only option Available for last minute . Will not stay here again.. I wish I had read the reviews.

Comfortable beds

Dirty in common areas and parking lot. Breakfast was not well stocked. One hour into breakfast and almost everything was empty. No cups for coffee.

"We were in town for a family event and the hotel served the purpose of having a place to stay."

It was conveniently located. It was relatively quiet. Breakfast area/ food was good.

The staff was less than helpful. Our credit card was charged $25.00 to cover incidentals. No explanation was given as to what the incidentals were. It is now just shy of three weeks since we checked out, and this charge has not been removed from our credit card. Calls to inquire about this matter have been extremely unsuccessful, both to the local number and the corporate number. My call has been hung up on numerous times and I still don’t have an answer or have the charges reversed or released.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been too. The dumpster was overflowing into the parking lot, the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in what looked like weeks, the room smelled like mint chewing tobacco, and the pool had used bandaids.

"Would not recommend "

Easy check in with a convenient location. Parking lot was pretty full with what seemed to be temporary construction worker trucks. We had breakfast on site 1 morning which was typical hotel breakfast. Room was not very clean. Outlet needed to be reset for fridge and keurig to work. Bed was ok - some stains on bed and pillows. Floor was dirty and would recommend walking around in shoes or socks at all times. Toilet was dirty. Shower was dirty as well with hairs accumulated at the bottom. Shower drained EXTREMELY SLOW. Had to turn off the shower mutiple times in a quick 5 min shower or it would have overflowed. Ok stay - but wouldn't come back.
