"Get a new air freshener!"

This is a fine hotel. Pretty typical Holiday Inn Express. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast, etc. However, the cleaning product or air freshener they use in the room is WAY too strong. Just overpowering the point of being nauseating. Very strong flowery smell that isn't necessary. It was almost hard to sleep the smell was so strong and no way to air it out! Get a new air freshener!

"Good just for one sleep"

The breakfast was very nice, but the hotel was not ideal for anything other than a quick sleep.

The room was not very clean. The shower curtain smelled and there was hair in the shower before we arrived. The public bathrooms on the first floor had no toilet paper, old towels and toothbrushes laying around, and were hot and smelled.

"Very good"

The breakfast selection was poor. The pancake machine wasn't working. They were out of eggs and other guests had to alert staff that most of the hot foods were empty. We paid for our stay through the Booking app but the manager charged our credit card again. We found the charge because we got a notification from our bank. Another staff member was able to straighten it out for us. The facilities were fine. Our room was comfortable and clean.

"Good for Groundhog day"

We went there for just a few hours to rest before Groundhog Day. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The parking lot was spacious. The Indian man at the front desk was very nice, approachable, and resourceful.

The only issue was the black woman at the front desk, who was rude and didn’t respond to my greeting.

"Pleasant"

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I like that the refrigerator was larger and had a small freezer.

The cost for overnight stay was ridiculously high. The paper I signed stated $167. and I was given $187.00 from booking but ended up paying $212.00. Breakfast during the week is 6 a.m., but weekends, it was 7 am. We left by 6:25 am for the competition
