The staff was very nice and polite

The floors were very dirty, the room smells of cigarettes, the bed covered had burn holes in them, there was dried toothpaste on the counter.

Room was not clean, outlet didn't work, shower head was so filthy and black. Bed mattress was very stained and nasty, towels were stained, Walls were yellow and smell of room was not pleasant. Traveled during ice storm and price was ridiculous for such poor quality.

We were afraid to eat there after the room experience

Roaches greeted us when we entered room, bedding stained, toilet seat not attached, mold/dirt under windows, no chain on door, grout rusted. It was so bad we did not want to take a shower for risk of fungus.

There was no breakfast. There was a coffee pot.

The room was not clean. The towel rack was half torn off the wall. The sheets were dingy and not clean looking.
