roaches crawling in room, room smells like stale wet lien or rotten wood… divets and small holes in wall.. just a bad and uncontrollable stay

Room was dirty, bugs everywhere. Tv didn’t work, smelled horrible. Asked to change rooms which seemed to irritate the staff. Once in new room still had bug issues and smelled so strong of smoke. If I could have gotten a refund I certainly would have. Kids are covered in bedbug bites.
