We saw a german roach in our room but everything else was okay

We were told up front that the room would stink. The air was broken. The microwave was unplugged because it was shorting out. There were holes in the bedding. The lampshades were cracked. The water was lukewarm. The toilet leaked into the floor and the television had lines running through. No towels. I could go on forever. Advertising for full breakfast. There wasn't even coffee. I can't even name it all. It's a dump.

Convenince and restaurants around within walking distance.

Don't make requests on the text that confirms your stay, you won't get an answer. Floors were still dirty and only 1 trash can in the room

Water pressure of shower

Where to being. RUN! Book another hotel. This place was disgusting! It smelled like hot garbage when I walked in. The comforter had a cigarette burn in it. All you could feel on the bed were springs. They attempted to "upgrade" the shower by putting a surround in, but didn't do it correctly. You could literally pull the shower faucet and shower head out of the wall. The toilet was NOT cleaned. There was some white chalky film on the towel racks. The lamp shades were more than disgusting. It looked like someone took a swiffer duster and just shook it out on top of the lampshades. When people walked around upstairs the ceiling creaked. The shower curtain has not been replaced or cleaned since I don't know when. I'm not a picky person. I just want to come in my room and have it smell and look clean. This hotel did not meet any of those expectations. In addition, A LOT of shady characters were around. A few just sat in their cars??? I was honestly worried someone was looking through the peephole on the door and my car would be broken into. I didnt even sign in to the wifi for fear they would track my phone. Call me paranoid, but...The noise pollution was as loud as sitting in the middle of a busy highway. When I had to leave for the day I took all of my belongings with me. You asked why I stayed despite this? All other hotels were booked. Positives? Water pressure. The Days Inn franchise should be appalled to even have their name on this hotel.
