Only place I’ll stay whenever I visit New Orleans

Great location streetcar stop right by the hotel that was very convenient all the staff was very nice room was very clean beds and pillows were very comfortable will definitely stay her again

Staff were very good. Camille went out of her way to help. Hotel itself was of a good standard.

Everything I wanted was within reach of what I needed. Food, drinks, the environment was nice.. .

Everything was walking distance. Parking was valet. Customer service was great.

Perfect spot to easily walk to attractions and restaurants however there is no water dispenser available after breakfast, no afternoon coffee available or cocktail afternoon hour, and room service is every other day. We had to call for more towels since only an exact number are left, yet they don’t service the room daily. Makes no sense, especially in a city like Nola. You need at least 1 if not 2 showers a day when walking around and staying here. We stay at Hilton hotels in cities since we are HH members but won’t be back to this one. There are plenty of other Hilton hotels that offer a better experience.

Hotel is very nice and updated. Room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is just a block and a half from Bourbon & Canal streets making the French quarter experience easily walkable, the waterfront is just a free blocks away, and the city trolly tracks are right outside the lobby door.. we had no trouble getting around the city,

Dear [Hotel Manager's Name / IHG Customer Service], I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing experience during my recent stay at your property from August 28 to September 1. As a frequent traveler to New Orleans, I have typically stayed at Marriott properties but chose IHG this time due to favorable rates. Unfortunately, this decision resulted in an unacceptable and traumatic experience. Upon arriving for late-night check-in — which I had confirmed in advance — I was met with unprofessional and discriminatory behavior by a front desk staff member, whose name I believe is Jaime. When I encountered an issue using a new card, I was treated with visible disdain. When I inquired about using split payment, Jaime laughed and muttered an appallingly racist and derogatory comment under his breath. Though he may have assumed I didn’t hear, I did. As a single mother traveling with two children, I was deeply shaken by this experience. Still, due to the late hour and exhaustion, I continued with the check-in using another card. Later that evening, when I returned to the front desk to address the earlier behavior, Jaime made an inappropriate physical advance toward me as I was walking away — an act I consider not only disgusting but potentially criminal. I will be filing a police report regarding this incident. This experience was traumatizing and completely unacceptable. I am requesting immediate attention from hotel management and IHG corporate. No guest should ever be subjected to this kind of abuse and misconduct. I will not be returning to this property or any other IHG locations and expect a thorough investigation, a formal response, and appropriate action taken regarding this staff member.
