"Quiet hotel only 5 or 6 blocks from Canal and Bourbon Streets!"

Good walking proximity to Canal and Bourbon streets and the French Quarter as a whole. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel building is historic and old, but room was updated. The view from the room was minimal and so was the water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special.

"Great location for walking to the French Quarter"

Great location for walking distance to the French Quarter and some of the other sights in the area. Lots of resturants and shops all around as well. Large rooms but them seemed a little outdated and could use a refresh compared to other Hilton Hampton Inn Hotels. Great breakfast with lots of things to choose from. Items were continuously refreshed as well. They only service the rooms every 2 days durning your stay. Staff checked for room key when entering the building. There is an exit on the other side of the lobby that is in the lobby of the office building it is a part of, making it easy to exit on to St Charles Street (and less people on Carondelet Street). Ask for a room away from the elevators as it can be noisy. We had a 2 "Queen" bed room. They were not queen beds, but full size beds.

Our stay was absolutely excellent from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. We especially appreciated: “the great location,” “the delicious breakfast,” “the peaceful atmosphere,” etc. It truly felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

They staff here are soo friendly, professional and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a comfortable stay. I had an issue regarding my room and Mrs Kim and Charles A made sure that I got what I needed in a timely manner and followed up to ensure that I was happy. This hotel is excellent

The safe didn’t work, stuff was rude, we missed our flight because safe had issue and stuffs were telling us because we want to grab our passports and belongs on safe before we left the hotel it took forever for them to get room and fix the issue which is nothing to do with either with me or my partner
