We asked for a handicapped room as my friend and I both have hip problems And knee problems . We got a huge room with low beds and a high potty . We were very pleased ! A lot of times you still get the high beds in accessible Rooms. The man at the front desk recommended “ Deannies seafood restaurant “. We had never been to New Orleans before so didn’t have a clue where to go. That restaurant did not disappoint ! The bacon wrapped shrimp was one of the best things my friend and I have ever eaten !!! We just stayed one night and was very happy with the stay .

Convenient to everything. Uber was there in no time. Room was very spacious! And I loved that the property has a pet friendly option!

The valet service was not worth the $48.00 per night cost. The room was ok, but the closet was too small for two people. The shower fixtures did not work correctly. The tub was dirty and the waste baskets were too small. I would probably think twice if i had to choose this place to stay again.

DANGEROUS AREA BEWARE police sirens literally every minute of night and some daytime Incidents close to hotel nightly Never felt safe as loads of crazies on upper Canal st Bad security as lifts have no hotel key log in and anyone can walk in from the street daytime and go straight to rooms Breakfast dreadful Left after 2 nights to go to a safe and clean hotel Room not cleaned and shower floors and surrounds grubby
