"great hotel, great location, but disappointing air conditioning and housekeeping quality management."

room - physical layout was excellent, a very nice room.

room - air conditioning only worked in entryway, it did not cool down the main room. room - there was only one cup for coffee, but two saucers. we were two people, we needed two cups. this should not happen in such a hotel.
