Que solo nos dieron una llave y eran 2 cuartos diferentes y salimos a comer y tuvimos que dejarlo abierto

Comfortable bed, good AC...close to restaurants.

My door kept malfunctioning...had to go downstairs several times with a bad knee. Breakfast did not exist...one slice of bread only. The second floor carpet was HORRIBLE...only needed a chalk body outline...blood stains or human body fluids all up and down... HUGE CARPET STAINS.

Two rooms for that price 👍🏽

The room, #219, was clean and the beds were comfotable.

When we arrived, Friday Dec 19th, there was coffee but no coffee cups. I spoke with the person at the front desk and said what a bummer that was - we sure needed coffee. I also let them know we were expecting coffee cups for coffee in the morning for breakfast. And there were no coffee cups in the morning either! The room was advertised including a hot breakfast with eggs & meat & fruit-and there were none! The hot breakfast was one of the main factors why I chose this facility. I would like a refund for half the amount for no hot breakfast or coffee available to drink because no coffee cups for the coffee. I did take photos of the ‘coffee bar’ and breakfast room fiasco.
