"Disappointing!!!"

Location

No locks on exterior door. Room was not clean. No breakfast. There was a board in floor that was giving way and dangerous.Pool was empty.

Clean room and clean linens, but had to ask for another wash cloth and hand towel. Closed caption available on TV.

Room 112 is not handicap complient. It requires hand bars beside toilet and shower, a low chair and hand-held shower wand at waist level. Description of facilities is not accurate. There is one empty pool, not two pools. There is NO hat water spa. No hair dryer in room, either.

Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable

Pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable, breakfast was blah, they used to serve hot breakfast, eggs, beans etc now all they have is cereal and waffles and toast
