Quality Inn Del Rio

Nothing we arrived around 10ish and had to walk up and down because the key wasn’t working. She gave me another key to another room and it was all dirty.

We were in a suite so the space was large.

Not as advertised on website-breakfast was over at 8 instead of 9 and no eggs as it stated. There wasn’t even butter for the toast and waffles 2 mornings. No coffee maker in the room and the safes were inoperable. Website states both available. Our tub leaked constantly. Carpets on the 2nd floor were filthy. Upon checkin-no key cards were available to get in our suite. Staff had to let us in until the next day when some were available.

Kids stomping upstairs No key cards No healthy breakfast choices. No fruit, yogurt, eggs, protein

Pésimo lugar la suciedad era horrible el trato Pésimo ni tan siquiera te entregan una llave para la habitación. El baño sucio las toallas apestaban a grasa, la habitación el mal olor era que te causaban náuseas al punto que nos tuvimos que ir para otro hotel y no me han querido devolver el dinero.
