"Psychonomie, goede locatie, basic"

Goede locatie.

Bij aankomst bleken er gaten in de tv te zitten en de eerste nacht stopte de airco ermee. Was voor de volgende nacht gerepareerd maar werd erg laconiek op gereageerd door personeel.

Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with my current stay at your hotel. I stayed at your property last year and had a positive experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this year’s stay has been extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. I have been assigned a very poor room, and despite my patience, the situation has become unacceptable. Housekeeping is inconsistent and inadequate — the room is only partially cleaned, the bed linen has not been changed for four days, coffee is provided irregularly, and the trash is not consistently removed. Furthermore, today I requested assistance with the air conditioning, only to be informed that it is not working. With the current temperature at 32°C, this is entirely unacceptable. I would like to emphasize that I am pregnant, and these conditions are not only uncomfortable but inappropriate and concerning for my well-being—especially considering the amount I have paid for my stay. In addition, I must address the unprofessional and indifferent attitude of the reception staff. When I called earlier regarding the absence of coffee in my room, I was dismissively told that I am “not entitled” to it. This level of service is both surprising and unacceptable. Given the circumstances, I expect immediate action to resolve these issues. This includes proper room service, a functioning air conditioning system, and a noticeable improvement in staff professionalism. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I look forward to your prompt response. This price discrepancy is both shocking and unacceptable, especially considering the poor service and conditions I have experienced during my stay. It raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency in your pricing. Every morning, around 09:00–09:30, the housekeeper knocks on my door insisting on cleaning the room immediately. I calmly explain that I will leave the room at 10:00 and that it can be cleaned afterwards. However, despite this, I am told that she is “the only one working” and cannot wait, and the conversation often turns into an argument. I would like to emphasize that I always leave the room at 10:00 and have never been late. I find this approach unreasonable, and this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

Vroeger al meermaals hier een overnachting geboekt en vond het dan een heel mooi hotel. Daarom da we deze terug boekte. We boekten 3 kamers voor vrijdagavond. 1ste kamer was op verdiep apart en was er problemen met toilet. 2de kamer was de airco stuk, scheuren in de gordijnen en deur kon niet op slot. 3de kamer werkte de belichting niet. Toen we hiervoor naar receptie gingen zeiden ze dat er een technische probleem was met de airco. Voor de belichting hadden ze nog geen klachten, dus kregen we een andere kamer dus alles verhuizen en andere kamer. Helaas werkte de verlichting en airco ook niet. Uiteindelijk al 01.00u en kregen we de sleutel van 3 de kamer. Deze was wel inorde enkel bij buitengaan sloeg alarm aan. Uiteindelijk toch uitgegaan. Alle kamers waren heel verouderd en veel die niet meer proper was en kapot. Gelukkig was ontbijt heel lekker. Maar denk dat we bij ons volgend bezoek naar Antwerpen toch wel een ander hotel zullen nemen. Zwaar onthoogeld.

De locatie was echt top! PAL naast het station en de meyr.

Het was prima, her en der wat details die loslieten. Iets verouderd maar voor ons verblijf was het prima.

"駅にとても近いのが何よりありがたいホテルです。"

大きなスーツケースを引きずりながらの移動だったので、アントワープ中央駅を出てすぐ目の前にカイザーホテルの看板が見えたのは本当にありがたかった。窓を通して聞こえる街のざわめきも、便利な場所に宿泊しているんだという気分にさせてくれた。

歩道からホテルの入り口まで数段の階段があったが、スロープも取り付けてもらえないものでしょうか。

التكيف لا يعمل ولذلك استبدلوا الغرفة وكان التكييف لا يعمل ايضاً والموظفون معاملتهم لنا كانت غير مرضية رغم كل العيوب التى واجهناها من تكييف وتلفزيون وثلاجة ورغم معاملتنا نحن الجيدة لهم
