Upon arrival, the hotel appeared updated, with a modern and welcoming lobby area. The staff was pleasant and did their best to be accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the experience was impacted by ongoing elevator issues, as none of the main elevators were working for two days. Guests, including several elderly individuals, were required to use the service elevator, which was not ideal and created challenges during the stay. While my room itself appeared clean overall, some areas of the property — particularly the common areas — could use more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. Additionally, some in-room items, such as the extra blanket provided in the closet and bathtub peeling, felt old and dated, which takes away from the overall comfort and experience guests expect. At this time, I would likely not recommend this location until more substantial improvements are made to the elevators, cleanliness, and overall property updates.
