"Would I stay again No"

I loved the staff & location

Second time staying an the location had a mildew smell. Maybe a Oder from previous guest but the hallway also had the smell. I spent majority time in the lobby.

"Great option for the area"

Hotel is in a great area, very close to Morton Arboretum. Staff very friendly. Indoor pool is heated which is wonderful. Hotel is showing its age in areas but very clean and overall a wonderful value for the cost. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is clean. The staff is courteous and after multiple visits, I’m never disappointed with my stay there. This is my favorite hotel for Naperville area.

Do not book this hotel. They had numerous large events when we stayed and are not equipped to handle them from not enough concierges, not enough carts, not fast enough elevators (or enough of them working). The quality of the rooms was poor from noisy air conditioners that prevented us from sleeping to no hot water at night to a front desk that didn't seem to care when we complained.

Amazing location. We did a staycation to be closer to the Morton Arboretum, so this was perfect. We were moved to a high floor with a highway view at our request. Friendly service at the bar. Big room with a large TV and extremely comfortable bed. Huge windows. Powerful AC.

The room was clean but kind of beat up. Wifi didn't work on our floor, and nothing was ever really done about it. App said we'd have a Chromecast, but we did not. Food was good (get the pasta!) but we were told the veggie pizza had a lot of different toppings and it was just peppers. The fridge froze everything no matter what setting it was on. All this said, we still plan on coming back. Good vibes, I guess?
