Hyatt Regency Lisle near Naperville

This is one of the worst Hyatt’s we have ever stayed. Cleanliness of entrance, reception training (I was told explorists don’t get water), out of 3 elevators only one worked (every time it took at least 10 mins to go up/down), no hand soap, bed box naked (no sheet or skirt). Horrible iron board. Stay away!

The bed was too soft and deeply caved in. The ancient toilet was barely 15 inches off the floor. The seating was weird with no side tables for lights, books, or drinks.

Only one elevator out of three worked our entire stay causing much inconvenience for all guests. Even an 'apology for your inconvenience' sign would have been appreciated.

Staff seemed overwhelmed with providing service as promised. Disappointed. Staff instructed guests to use service elevator since most elevators were inoperable. Refused check in as promised and paid for prior to arrival

Elevators did not work and that was not disclosed. We had to use stairs to get to the fourteenth floor and back.

Staff didn't want to be bothered, and I had to tell them about my perks as they didn't know. The elevators seemed to be on their last legs and we were afraid to use it, not to mention it was a sauna in them. The room was dirty still had wrappers and smelled. The ac didn't work too good and sounded like a drip coming from it. The drains didn't go down fast enough to shower without a puddle. The exhaust fan inthe bathroom didn't run and was super steamy and the paint had water damage on the ceiling due to no ventilation. The lights kept flickering like the bulbs were bad in the bathroom and powder área. The hotel needs major upgrades, the couch looked like out of an 80's sitcom.

Great experience. Fast and friendly check in. Great location to dining and our family. Will use Hyatt Regency in the future.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency hotel for a getaway. While the room was comfortable, the staff’s incredible honesty. Is what truly set this place apart. After getting home, I realized I had left my Tom Brady. stainless steel bottle. in the lobby. I sent an email which they responded rather quickly stating I left my Tom Brady steel bottle behind. I would like to send a special shout out to the staff there for locating it and securing it until I was able to retrieve it. Thank you so much again for going the extra mile. I will definitely be stay here again!

The hotel was exceptionally beautiful, from the grand entranceway on. Hotel staff were warm, welcoming and helpful at every turn. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the hotel. Very attentive and personable. Our room was clean and orgnaized. We enjoyed a nice, quiet, peaceful stay, which is just what we needed.

The young lady that checked me in. Was friendly and accommodating. I ended up with an awesome top floor room with a water view
