Houston Marriott Medical Center/Museum District

We stayed at this hotel while supporting a family member undergoing medical care, and we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. The convenience of being so close to the hospital made an incredibly stressful time much more manageable, but what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person we encountered was kind, warm, and genuinely compassionate. The team went above and beyond for us in ways that did not go unnoticed, their care made a meaningful difference for our family. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being supported by people who truly cared. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathrooms were especially nice and modern. As Platinum members, we also had access to the M Club, which was fantastic a quiet, welcoming space that was incredibly convenient during long days at the hospital. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you are staying for medical reasons or simply want a place where you’ll be treated with genuine kindness and respect, this is absolutely the place to stay. We are deeply grateful to the entire staff for making a difficult time just a little bit easier.

Maraceli is the absolute sweetest!!! She was so attentive. She would ask about everyone who was sick and made sure we had everything we needed. She greeted us with a smile and a hug. Very comforting when going to MD daily.

I have been coming to this hotel since 2016 whenever I come out for appointments at MD Anderson. The hotel is consistent, everyone has always been very friendly and happy to help or talk. One woman imparticular named Maraceli has always been so nice and welcoming. She always greets us at breakfast and truly cares about the people there, no matter what they are there for. We are very pleased and impressed with this hotel. The gym is nice and when the pool has been open, it's a nice pool too! We always stay at this hotel when we come out.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The house keeping crew was very efficient. The best part was the M Club where Maraceli took care of us every morning with a smile on her face. She was extremely professional and personable. Just from observing her actions she was very understanding and comforting to several of the hospital patients that stayed there. I would recommend staying at this property if you are in the area..

Maricella and her daughter were gracious and attentive in the M Club and breakfast area. Their care and service throughout our stay was exceptional, and they especially showed warmth and kindness as we dealt with medical issues. Aaron was also quite attentive and friendly; he regularly checked to see we had everything we needed. Great staff!
