We wanted the comfort of home in our hotel room, all was good except we couldn’t make the wifi connection with our Roku device. We tried to no avail, front said they would send someone, yea right. The inhouse engineer was knocking at door in less than 5 minutes, Peter tried everything, so he reached out to the internet provider and after almost an hour the provider finally linked our Roku device. Kudos to Peter for being so patient and providing the best of service.

Our stay was for medical reasons at Methodist -

I travel for business often, and this location is my top choice simply because of consistent exceptional customer service from the front desk, valet, and to the lounge. Maracel consistently shows up with a bright warm smile and always eager to assist . It’s also greatly appreciated that she remembers what you like and has it prepared before you sit down . Her kindness and attention goes a long way on a hectic workday.

I have been a long time bonvoy loyal customer and in all business travels I encounter a great deal of service personnel. The level of attentiveness and kindness was unmatched. The service at the M Lounge was beyond exceptional. Truly grateful for her in making my stay memorable.

We had a quick overnight stay while I visited the medical center and the hotel was great! Welcoming, super clean and the AC worked wonders. Will be back!!

Clean room friendly staff excellent experience

The main reason for my exceptional experience is the customer service that I had received from Maraceli in the M lounge. You just really don’t find people like her anymore. She’s just truly happy to be there and excited and genuinely happy to serve you. She goes out of her way to ensure that she greets you and she set up your table in the M lounge. She asks what your beverage would be like she goes and even suggest making your coffee for you. I came here because I needed the Medical Center for a loved one and I feel so grateful to connect with Maraceli. At the end of the day, a room is a room, but when you have someone who is a good human being and has a great heart and cares about other people it shines. She’s like this with every single person in the lounge. I watched her and other people even recognized her as well. You don’t find people like this anymore.
