Very nice place, beautiful nature, safe environment, and the staff was extremely kind and attentive. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room next door. On the first night (Friday), guests arrived around 2:30 AM being very loud, which woke up my daughter, and it took quite some time to get her back to sleep. The following night (Saturday), the same situation happened again, a bit earlier, around 11:30 PM.

We had a wonderful time at Cheeca for our baby moon! As soon as you enter the impressive property, you’re greeted by friendly staff and beautiful views. The grounds were impeccable everywhere we went. The public areas (pool, beach, lobby, etc.) were clean throughout our stay. Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. Clean facilities, including our room. Waitstaff at the pools were helpful and brought ice water to us without prompting. We felt pampered without the fuss. Would recommend for families with children or a couples vacation!

Delightful experience. Cheeca had been highly recommended by long time friends and we were not disappointed. Will return.

My husband and I was there for 4 days and it was phenomenal! Beautiful Resort, Room, Atmosphere, Food and lastly the employees. Cassandra was awesome 👌 her service was so good at one of our best restaurant, She was friendly and professional. We'll visit again soon 10/10 for sure.

Our recent stay at Cheeca Lodge was a major disappointment, especially given the $750 per night rate. Our room was in clear need of repair and had a noticeable moldy odor. The bed sagged uncomfortably in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there—the overall condition of the resort felt neglected, with peeling paint, mildew-encrusted AC vents, and a general lack of cleanliness. While we did enjoy both dinner and breakfast, even the dining experience fell short of expectations. The tables were worn and unstable, and the glassware on the table was visibly spotted—details that matter at this price point. To add to the frustration, we were woken up at the crack of dawn each morning by a very loud local rooster—hardly the relaxing luxury experience we had anticipated. For the cost, we expected a well-maintained, polished resort experience. Sadly, this was far from it. We won’t be returning.

Wonderful resort - dining, pools, accommodations, staff provided for a first class vacation. After checking in we didn't leave the property. Everything we needed or wanted was onsite. Excellent tropical setting on the beach. Looking forward to a return trip.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this resort with my sisters and my daughter, ladies getaway! Welcoming staff, attentive and check in was stress free with Natalie, front desk supervisor . The entire staff consistently went above and beyond! Beautiful resort, spacious accommodations and excellent food .

We've been going to Cheeca Lodge off and on for 50 years. This time I made a nonrefundable reservation online in error. Called the hotel and Jodi was great. She rebooked me without an issue. Check in with Sara was easy. The Premier King Suite is spacious with a lovely patio and view of the beach and ocean. There is a tub and shower outdoors on the patio (which we didn't try). The bathoom was spacious with lots of towels and washclothes (a rarity). The staff was warm and friendly, the beach well-maintained and everything was very clean which is very important to us.

Easy to get to. Wonderful room at the lagoon with lovely views. Easy ocean access and available ample comfort ant poolside with service that was attentive. Room was clean and comfortable with attentive housekeeping. Food was consistent and solid at the restaurants. Overall dock and ambiance excellent. Will be back.

Wonderful customer service, beautiful resort, food was excellent, great music, and Natalie front desk manager was out of this world. We will definitely be back.
