Great restaurant for the weary traveler. Loved the multiple lounges to choose from. Room was clean comfortable and well maintained.

As my kids would say, it was “mid.” Unfortunately the hotel is getting a little dated (carpet in the hallways is a little frayed, furniture in the rooms is a little tired) and the bathroom in our room was a bit dirty (a hair in the corner, etc). I can tell this was once a large, upscale hotel. Thankfully this was reflected in the price and our room was quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was basic for the price of $15.95/pp (real scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage, toaster waffles and fruit). The staff is lovely. Seriously, they could not be nicer and this hotel is huge and was fully booked when we were there so they were very busy. I would definitely stay there again as long as the price was right.

Location was centralized for our stay

the ladies at the front desk not very friendly, when we got to our room we had three little pillows for a king size bed. we ask for more pillows & was told house keeping didn't have any. there was a spill on the floor in front of the elevator that was there for two days. The hotel decor seems outdated the revolving door in the main lobby was broken.

The front desk knowingly gave me a room card that didn't work with the lock. When I brought it to their attention, they pretended to "fix" the problem, which fixed nothing. Every time I left my room, I was locked out. More than once, the (nice) engineer had to be summoned to open the door while I waited for him in the Arctic hallway with AC blasting. Also no soap dishes, which is a tiny annoyance but a revealing one: This places pinches pennies and doesn't mind irking guests. And let's not forget the menacing elevator, which almost knocked down my elderly mom. A sucky hotel.

The staff at the front desk was so efficient and so pleasant. The rooms are large and the sofa a real nice addition. Mattress is super comfortable Room was clean and quiet The relaxing rooms downstairs are super comfortable and inviting

All was great

The property is fine. A typical Marriott. The majority of things are good. But, when we went to sleep, we had to turn the A/C on. It sounded like a freight train until 2AM at which time it stopped working. The quiet was great, but it became too warm to sleep comfortably. Then we could hear what I believe was the A/C unit in another room constantly turning on then immediately turning off, rinse/repeat....ALL night long. I didn't sleep from 2AM onwards. You got to a hotel to sleep... And this was not good for sleeping.
