Pool was the only redeeming feature.

Everything! Room smelled like dirty feet, bed sagged, old building smell! Check in staff were very unfriendly and unable to check us in without assistance. Rooms electrical outlets on the desk did not work. No cream or sugar provided with the coffee pods. Handicap accessible bathroom had a regular low toilet, floor of shower was slippery.

We love the convenience of this location and all the amenities

I loved the lake access

The Rooms are dirty ! We had alot of webs and little insects the first day there so I cleaned a little myself we stayed there since Thursday to Monday and the staff was very rude to us in the front office , never got cleaned towels because they never came I called over and over , I didn’t get pool towel cards and was asked for them in a rude way by Stacy in the front office !! It was just very bad customer service , I felt like we where discriminated for being hispanics !! Because we where the only ones getting questioned like if we where going to steal the dam pool towels .. Will I stay here again ! NOO I hope the person that cleans my room in room 338B gets that big tip we left for them , maybe that motivates them to clean the room a little more
