The Nautical Beachfront Resort

This place has some of the most rude and unfriendly staff I’ve ever been to. The rooms look like they haven’t been remodeled since the 70s and smell like it too. Upon check out my wife and I were informed that our deposit would be used towards a resort fee that was never disclosed beforehand. Also the restaurant taste like the heat up some cheap frozen meal and dump a bunch of salt in it! Gross. You can’t even bring your own drinks around the resort they only want you to drink in your room and pay $15 and up for a beer at their nasty little bars

I loved it! The room was big, the layout was a bit weird but overall it was comfortable. The property was right on the lake which was lovely! The pool was the best, the temperature was great and it was a bar right next to it! I can’t wait to come back!!!!

We went during the weekday and left on Friday. When we arrived the place looked isolated lol but as soon as Wednesday came it was packed with a bunch of loud college kids! They were nice though and stayed to themselves.

The room was very spacious and at a beautiful location. The infinity pool was amazing and refreshing. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The beds were also pretty nice. Everything you wanted was also close by.

Can't bring any pool toys or floatables into the infinity pool so the kids were a bit disappointed by that and the walls are pretty thin so you can hear banging from the neighbors.

Worst hotel stay in my lifetime. The rooms are old and walls/ceilings are so thin. It sounded like there was a heard of elephants stayed above us. Also everytime someone showereed or flushed the toilet it sounded like the water was going to break through the walls. We stayed one miserable night with our upstairs neighbors running through their room until 4am. To top it alloff, our bill was $42.53 and whoever ran our card charged us $4253.00!! The amount has been on a hold for 5 days now so we do not have access to OUR money! Dear Management, please train your employees to know what/where decimal points go when charging other peoples credit/debit cards.
