Please note that even if existing bedding is used, the extra bed fee will be charged for each additional child or adult in the room. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded for a room, an additional room will be allocated and charged. At the Radius by Stefan Beer restaurant, elegant evening attire is expected. At breakfast, at the Victoria Terrasse, La Terrasse Brasserie and at the Sapori restaurant, smart casual attire is requested, as is during the day throughout the premises of the hotel. Please note that when booking a nonrefundable rate, guests will receive a payment link. Guaranteed balconies in Deluxe Room-Categories will be charged with an additional CHF 50 per room and stay. A guaranteed early check-in at 12:00 and a guaranteed late check-out at 15:00 is possible with a surcharge upon request and availability. The property reserves the right to check bookings from countries requiring a visa with the Foreign Office.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Had the chance to stay here on an excursion after a conference in Zurich. The hotel was everything and more than I expected. Very nice! Staff was most helpful, rooms were spacious and well set up, meals and drinks were excellent. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Interlaken area.

"Stunning property! Perfect location! Incredible Staff!"

While it may seem disingenuous to rate a hotel with all 5's, a perfect score, but this hotel property is really just PERFECT!! We enjoyed our room's view facing Mount Jungfrau, where we watched the parasailers descend into the park throughout the day. But, in addition to that, everything else was just perfect. We were welcomed upon our arrival by a very warm, friendly and professional staff, including Julia Struempler who made it clear to us to call on her if anything was needed. But, we never needed anything! We enjoyed a very large and immaculately kept suite with water being replenished twice each day, which was always appreciated. Christine in the Spa along with the rest of the Spa staff, was fantastic and our spa treatments were just what we needed after a long day of travel. Honestly, we have nothing but positive reviews for this property and its staff, even including the chef who presided over the breakfast buffet and took the time to explain some of the items (and there were so many items to choose from) that were available. The pictures do not lie; this property is as beautiful in person as it is online and we will look forward to staying here again.

"Beautiful Hotel with an Awesome Staff!"

If you ever visit Interlaken, you will see a beautiful hotel right in the center of town. It is a truly lovely sight. We stayed three nights with connecting rooms and everything was spectacular! From the service to the breakfast buffet and the spa, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and their service is the best. We also ate at both of the restaurants and loved the food. Thank you for a great stay!
