Hyatt Regency Harare The Meikles

There was no way to regulate the temperature in my room. It got a little chilly. An "engineer" came a couple times to make sure air was coming through the vent, which did absoluteky nothing. They lso sent a room heater which produced very little heat. Room ws comfortable/ Stafff accomodating.

Noisy. No internet connection as advertised,undergoing major repairs,renovations,rooms not as they look on advertisement, No bar area all closed under renovations,Food not fabulous,Paying money not worthy the place,not a five star rating Swimming pool dirty

Renovation is work in progress and the hotel is already markedly in better shape than 3 years ago. Service was excellent across the board.

Renovation is going on.....lot of noise....unstable internet....

The restaurant service especially in the bar lounge must be improved.

We checked in at around 19:30, when I wake up in the moring, empty the bowels but can't find toilet paper ! It's terriable, never meet such kind of thing in the past

This hotel is very cosy and you feel like at home . Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again .
