Dated, staff don’t really care, left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing…. You you could die of thirst in the bar

I was very disappointed. For a 5 star establishment, the team, barring the management does not understand what their rating means. I had tone moved twice due to noise in the wing I was staying and there was no offer of an upgrade , just musical chairs . My last night was eventually on a quiet floor but there was no effort made by their on call staff to improve the experience. Very disappointed. The manager came the night before and spoke to me but even she did not insist on an upgrade , even though I was kept in the same wing . 5 star means you turn it around , not contain the problem

Comfortable stay and facilities. One incident of a waiter being able to unlock room made me quite nervous and spoiled my stay.

The staff were all very helpful and kind. the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It felt a very safe place to be staying alone.

Everything was fine. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful

amazing hospitality.

A hotel with a lot of history. In the center of town and safe, though there's currently a curfew from 18.30-06.00 due to Covid. Comfy hotel and room with good Internet and taxis nearby. A 24 hour gym - was happy it was open.

Over all it was good stay.Food choice is very limited.Other faculties are ok
