"Perfect location and loved it"

He’s a perfect location as my son lives in Frimley Green Road

The Aircon didn’t seem to work very well I believe the bath should be taken out and a shower should be putting

"Lovely and clean hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful."

The location was good, shops and bars close by. We had drinks on the patio overlooking the lake which was lovely.

The bar closed too early.

"We work at Royal Ascot every year so perfect location for us. Luckily there is is a pub just five minutes away that serv"

Room overlooking the lake, room made up daily with fresh towels. Totally suitable for our purpose

Restaurant closed at 8pm so because of our work and the time we got back we were unable to use it.

"Disappointing no customer service"

Been staying here for 45 years use like the rooms

After 35years last 2 visits been given basement room and if I wanted view of lake had upgrade, never had pay upgrade before wont start now, will not return.
