Lakeside International Hotel

The location and the staff. I also had a very nice supper.

It was fine for me although I would have preferred a room looking out over the lake rather than over the car park.

The surroundings that it was in and the room size. It was a reminder of another era!

That the lift was out of action and that no rooms had a shower cubicle only. 2 arm chairs would have been nice so both people could sit and relax

Dirty bedding, poor view had to pay to upgrade , breakfast awful,

The room was comfortable.

I did not stay the night and decided to drive home instead. I did not feel comfortable in the hotel. I could not get the tv to work properly and there was road noise.

Friendly and comfortable. Over all a bit dated. I have been staying here for a couple of days at a time for the past four years and like the atmosphere.

Electric key tag did not always work, and the curtain rail had no end stop and was falling off the rail.

Apart from the out of date cereal the breakfast was nice

My breakfast cereal box was a few months out of date. Had a terrible noise which sounded like pipes above making sounds all through the night.

The rooms did not reach our expectations. There was a number of areas that needed to be updated. 1. The bathroom needed to be updated climbing into a bath at 72years of age was differcult no safety rails. Showers are used these days especially for Senior . 2. We found a number of minor items with the room ; bedside light no bulb, key holder broken, felt itchy in the first room 154 change to 143
