I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The corner room had amazing views and was perfect for getting work done. The staff were friendly, and housekeeping provided excellent service. Highly recommended. Corey

The bed sheets could have been a bit more luxurious and thicker to better match the overall image of the hotel, which otherwise feels very upscale.

Decent enough hotel. Actually 2 hotels and 1 staff. Convenient with the Leiya restaurant, which was quite good. I question the sanitary conditions of the jacuzzi on the 8th floor. Dirty, and lots of long hairs along the sides, in the water and on the foam, even though I was one of the very first to use it, one morning. And the pool was not looking that much better. It felt awful. The staff would not explain how the key worked with the elevator, when I checked in. Otherwise they were friendly and helpful, for the most part. You can find better hotels in Chicago for lesser money, although I got a great deal through my airline. The location is good, though. Close to Roosevelt Station. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. Room was ok,, nothing to really complain about. Next time I am choosing another hotel, though.
