We had a corner King room & the view was amazing.

The temperature of the room seemed to fluctuate. But everywhere that I have stayed in Chicago it’s cold. So no pun on the hotel really

The property appeared clean.

The appearance of some of the early morning (5am) staff were unpresentable. I also didn’t enjoy the speed of service. It took forever to be checked in. Rooms were not available at check in time. There was no apologies or acknowledgement for it. Elevators took FOREVER and it was not explained that you had to use your key card to operate the elevator. It was something we have to figure out on our own.

The view

I wasn’t able to rest at all. Housekeeping never showed up. Pillows and bedding were extremely uncomfortable. I got married during this stay. Very disappointed
