Tondo - Lakes Entrance Getaway

The location is fabulous, close to the beach, shopping and eateries.

The cleaning wasn't up to scratch. Supply of 1 little Chux to use for cleaning isn't beneficial, we had ants and only had 1 little cloth to clean them up. Some fly screen would have been helpful too.

This unit was spacious and clean and in a good location. The only thing that let it down were the lack of good nonstick frying pans, lack of access to the garage, and the stingy supply of toilet paper and basic supplies, like a few tea bags etc. a little more effort in that department may have been nice. Overall though, the layout and other facilities were good.

Lack of basic supplies on arrival. Not essential, but makes for a good host and makes guests feel welcome.

Price is a little steep

good location, very clean, lots of room, AC and heater works. Beds great. Kitchen very spacious.

Only slight problem was there was no tea, coffee, sugar, milk or salt and pepper. not a huge deal but it's uncommon to find those things not included.

Excellent location - Short walk to everything.

Parking was a little difficult if you have a large vehicle. Would have liked some basic tea, sugar and coffee essentials.

The property is very neat and clean but the staff is best the very professional and friendly we have a issue with bbq gas cylinder and I called them about that they replace it with in 10 minutes thats really appreciated

Location is great, close to amenities. Property is great and was in much better condition than our previous stay 7 months ago when we had good reason to complain. House was warm when we moved in which was nice on a very cold day. Facilities are very good with everything you need available. Price is very reasonable.

The air conditioner. Whilst it was running when we arrived, after about 2 hours and without touching the remote it stopped heating and didn't respond to the remote control any more. We called for assistance and a very helpful maintenance man came around and reset the connection from the remote to the unit. It worked fine again for many hours but failed again and started blowing cold again. We were leaving so couldn't report it again but something is not right with the aircon.

Location is good. Facilities are above average. Walking distances to shopping centre. Very close to the Lakes Entrance Beach. Laundry has dryer.

No wifi. Remoter for TV is dull. Drive way is not so easy for my 7-seat suv.
