"great location, enough space for a family."

Large living space and comfortable couches. Location was great. Off road parking space was good. Lock box easy to find

couldn't find a comfortable pillow. No tea or coffee provided. 2 out of 3 lamps did not work

"Great place, destroyed by ferals."

Lots of space, large house, 2 toilets, good value, good location, double garage to put your car in. Good quality, brand name aircon, tv, full size fridge.

Most of the good brand items were damaged by previous renters. The fridge door was damaged and would not close properly without an extra shove. The remote was missing for the garage door. The tv screen was damaged, the lounge suite was damaged. Worst of all the carpet in the lounge room was heavily stained. If the culprits were charged for cleaning then the cleaning had not been carried out. The sort of damage looked like a group of feral kids had been let loose inside the front section of the house. A shame because when everything was in original working order the place would rate 10/10. I have never seen a holiday rental with as much unnecessary damage, it was very sad.

"Close to shops and the beach, comfortable for a family."

Location is great, easy access to shops and the beach. House is comfortable with plenty of room. Lock up garage for the boat on days we couldn't fish.

The kitchen gadgets and cutlery need upgrading. Needed a sharp knife to slice tomatoes and the fry pan needs replacing. The kitchen tap needs a new washer, surely the cleaner notices these things?

The location was perfect, walking distance to shops , cafes etc. The house was large and well equipped with games , books, kitchen ware etc.

It was spacious, comfortable and good value for money. It was cold while we were there and it was well insulated so it was a comfortable temperature.

A bit of noise from the road in the main living area. But not too bad. It was quiet in the bedrooms.
