The location of the property was great and the property was quite spacious.

The accommodation was quite old and the carpet surely needs to be replaced. Being vegetarian, we did not appreciate the smell at the property of some sort of fish/meat. There was only one heating appliance, the aircon in the hall, throughout the facility. The aircon did not work until the next day due to some remote control issues. The gas stove was not functioning well even after the tradesman tried to fix it on the second day. They advised the stove to be replaced. The rangehood did not work throughout the stay as well. The TV also was very old one where we could not connect any digital subscriptions such as Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Good location. Very handy for shops, cafes etc.

The remote for the TV wasn't working. There were not enough batteries for the a/c, stereo and TV remotes, but even when we swapped batteries, the TV remote didn't work. The gas cooktop was actually dangerous. Some of the burners wouldn't light, but worse than that, some burners flamed out in the middle of cooking. The fridge door seals need replacing, it wouldn't stay closed and when you closed the fridge door, the freezer popped open and vice versa.

Location and enough rooms

Lights in lounge room not good. Didn’t have second bathroom. And locks on front door and back sliding door not good or secure enough.
