Location & staff courteous. Breakfast one of the best we have had.

Seemed like the furniture and the entire construction was a bit lower quality. I usually stay at Hampton Inns, and this property was a step down from that.

Fast in and out Option to connect my device to the television, though the promised cable on the TV was missing.

Hilton keeps promising to give a digital key so I can just go straight to my room without waiting for the front desk. But _every_ time just before arriving the app says, "You can't have one; go to the desk." Then the front desk asks my name and gives me a key: no other question, no ID, no credit card. If you didn't need anything else, just give me the key. Otherwise stop promising it and taking it away.

Very clean. Easy location. The young man that checked me in was superb with excellent customer service manners.

As it was my fault for not requesting a repair but the shade wouldn’t go all the way down so I had lights shining in my eyes all night.

I have already filled out a survey and reached out to management five or six times and I have not heard back from anybody. Long story short we arrived at the hotel with a matter of five minutes of stepping in a room we found out we may have to leave I started loading back up and we left in a rush. I never even sat down in the room. I I did place our items that we plan to wear the next day on a hook by the shower upon leaving I notified the front desk who advised I’d still have to pay which I assumed and within 45 minutes of leaving called back to let them know that I had left a brand new clothes for next days travel behind the door in the bathroom and on the hooks beside the shower. I was told to call back the next day and speak to a manager to pay for those items to be mailed back to my house. I called and was not permitted to speak to a manager, but was told somebody would get back to me and nobody did. I called back in the afternoon and was told to call back the next day so I did. I called back the next day and did not speak to a manager was told the guidance could not be located. I provided the name of the person I spoke with each time, but nobody could tell me anything. I was promised to call back. I did not get one I called again the next morning because I was initially told that the items were in receipt of the hotel and could be mailed back however, nobody could tell me where are. My items were placed or who had them and nobody was calling me back. There was one gentleman who called me back on the last day I had called because he said the manager was supposed to be back but didn’t come back. I do understand it was the holidays, however, I just think it was handled poorly and I never did receive my brand new items that were Christmas presents from my husband and me to each other. Very sad, especially since we had an emergency so to be taken advantage of it’s just awful.

The lack of communication from the staff, the lack of acknowledgment for management, the lack of the fact that my brand new items were left there and nobody seemed to care even though I apologize for bothering them. I told them you know I shouldn’t have left them, but it was an emergency. We already paid a lot of money for a room. We didn’t even use and couldn’t make them for Christmas and then for someone to take our items or “misplaced our items.” with no follow-through is not how I treat people.

One can hear the highway but it didn’t affect our sleep.
