"Bring your white noise machine"

Overwhelming noise from the Interstate makes it impossible to recommend this hotel except to the deaf. Other reviews (which I wish I had read in advance) recommend making sure your room is not on the highway side. Nonstop truck noise is so loud it is hard to believe hotel was placed at this location.

"One night stay in Wytheville"

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. However, the water pressure in the shower was very weak, and the water was lukewarm. Was surprised me the most, was the design of the elevators. They have no heat. One wall is not insulated and the cold air enters the elevator. One needs to wear a coat in the winter if one wants to use the elevator. The person who designed this building should not be allowed to practice architecture.

For the price the hotel is very average.

My experience at this hotel was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and every interaction was warm and professional. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and quiet. The amenities were convenient, and check-in/check-out was fast and easy.
