Excellent location, easy to walk to everything.

Valet area smelled like a sewer, room was so tiny, and paid $500 a night. Hotel is under construction so not everything is open. No pool right now, which was a bummer.

I loved the location and it was a very pretty hotel. My room was upgraded from to a superior king and was a good location and view.

The hotel randomly during the night tried to charge my card $347.00 and then another time tried to charge me $34,700.00. It took 1 month for my $100 hold to be returned to me. Only for the very next day another random charge of $75.36 and I called and they told me it was taxes thru a 3rd party. Why would you wait an entire month later and not charge the taxes when I checked in. I will never book here again and will NEVER recommend OMNI

My wife and I enjoyed the Omni Royal hotel. Great location. Great staff. Very nice hotel. The Rib Room was great and so was the Three Maries Jazz Lounge.

Great restaurant manager and staff and front desk was fantastic. The air conditioning was broken as it would not budge and we froze the first night. The repair person tried to fix it, but it wouldn't budge. The outlets on both sides of the beds were also broken. Not a big deal but inconvenienet. The hotel management were not accomodating to a simple request and for that we will not be back.
