The reception and house keeper were awesome!

Mattresses - The need to be changed. Some of the are already collapsing in the middle and gives body ache.

Breakfast was ok

Hot tub out of service. Hallways were dirty and stinky, pool had sand and was freezing cold

Well, I checked out a day early and I am pretty sure that the desk person had no idea how to process it because everything still says that I checked out on 5/16/2025 and there wasn't a refund for the unused day. The rugs were old and dirty, smelled like cat pee. And the shower wall had holes in it above the wall liner, I could see into the wall cavity through the drywall. Who knows what the moisture is doing in there. The coffee machine had a note that said to stop filling at hallway full because it didn't shutoff. It kept pouring coffee. And it was HOT. Just made a mess everywhere. A few of us had to get extra cups and by the end of the week, we figured out how to use it.

Checked in and 15 minutes later we left. The pictures shown on this website are not of the actual hotel. Just walking into the building I knew that I would NOT be staying the smell alone was nauseating. The rooms are dirty, not maintained and very outdated.

Blood stain on bed skirt/ no coffee cups at breakfast/no one at desk to visit about Blood issue at checkout they were driving someone to airport. Person behind counter that checked us in did not have a clue how to check me in and gave me the wrong times on what time pool opened in morning or breakfast.

It was close to the fargo dome

The outside of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The first room i checked into was still dirty when I went to the front to get a new room. There was no apology just a short sigh like it happens all the time. I should've know. The rooms weren't going to be good just by the state of the check-in area. The halls smelt of cat pee. This second room had a desk chair that looked as if a cat was using it as a scratching post for the last year. They tried to fix the chair with fake leather patches that just looked tacky. The toilet wouldn't stop running. Above the sink there was a light fixture with four lights only two worked and of those two, one flickered nonstop. On the wall was a bracket when a full length mirror was once. The dresser had three drawers. You could only use one because the other two didn't even have bottoms to the drawer. The only redeeming thing about this hotel is that it's within walking distance to the fargodome but there are nicer hotels right next door.

This is our second stay in two years and sadly will be our last. Kudos to Gary who checked us in.We were very pleased when he said we could get breakfast at 5:00 in the morning and a ride to the airport at 5:30 a.m. Unfortunately, in the morning when we came to eat breakfast the front desk clerk was fast asleep with his head on the desk. He wouldn’t wake up with verbal prompts at all. We had to bang on the counter to get him to wake up. When he was roused we said “breakfast at 5:00 and it is 5:00.” He said, “No time for breakfast” and fell back to sleep. Then we came back at 5:30 and he was still sleeping. We had to slap the counter again to wake him up (as speaking to him made no difference). We told him we needed a ride to the airport right away. He looked at us and put his head back down. Finally we got him to wake up and he got up without a word. It looked like he was coming out from behind the desk, so we went outside and waiting by the front door and he never came out. We saw him walk into the breakfast area. Another guest who was witnessing all this told me that she wouldn’t let her drive her anywhere because he was obviously on something. We waited for him for a few minutes outside the front doo. Then we went back in to get him, but he was nowhere to be seen. We stood by the front desk hollering for him and he finally came out from the back room. He walked past us without a word and went outside and got into a van and backed out of the parking spot. He made effort to communicate to us, or open any doors. I opened the back door and we placed the luggage inside and got into the van. He drove us in silence all the way to the airport, and pulled up to the drop off area and went outside had to open the back area to retrieve out luggage. This was one of the worse examples of customer service that we have ever experienced. When I called the manager, Samantha, to complain, she said that we got what we paid for and she didn’t apologies for the disrespectful service and lazy worker. She was snotty and said she wouldn’t make any adjustment for the price or stay. I told her that next year we would probably make other arrangements someplace else, and she said “good. This was completely uncalled for by management and the Days Inn should look into this matter.

Location and morning wake up call breakfast was fine

I was in room 120. Whoever was directly across the hall had dogs in the room. Barking scratching at the door. I tried calling the front desk 2 times. No answer. Then I went to the front desk and complained. They told me they were trying to get ahold of the people in that room. By about 10pm it was quite.
