Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fargo 19th Ave/Airport Dome

We booked this hotel specifically because they offer (and charge extra for) the ability to leave your vehicle and provide airport shuttle service. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but convenient. Right from check-in, things started off rocky. I was told I hadn’t booked the room correctly to leave our vehicle, despite booking it the exact same way I was instructed during a previous stay in December 2025. Instead of resolving it reasonably, we were charged an additional $30. The ride to the airport went smoothly, which makes what happened next even more frustrating. When we returned, I called multiple times for pickup… no answer. Not once. We were completely stranded by the very service we paid extra for. After waiting and getting nowhere, we had no choice but to pay for an Uber just to get back to the hotel and retrieve our vehicle. To make matters worse, I’ve called twice since to speak with a manager and have yet to receive a single call back. No accountability, no follow-up, nothing. As for the hotel itself, it’s very dated and has an unpleasant, hard-to-identify odor throughout. While the bedding appeared clean, the bathroom was not, which only added to the overall disappointment. Between the lack of service, poor communication, and subpar conditions, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not stay here again, and I certainly wouldn’t trust their airport parking service.

In the top 3 GROSSEST hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Come on Wyndham - you can do better than this! We rented two hotel rooms and my husband couldn’t check into both, I had to come in to check into one and we had grandkids with us who were asleep. The rooms are SO DIRTY! I had to clean both toilets myself with diaper wipes. They both had urine, crap and hair all over. The showers had hair in. One of the bars of soap was dirty. One sink had toothpaste in it as well. The front desk offered to change our rooms but when two for two are dirty and I’d have to move four sleeping kids I was not about to even try. There is absolutely no way we are even attempting to eat the breakfast here in the AM and will never stay at a Wyndham property again. We typically stay at the Element by Marriott but it didn’t have two rooms available, so we decided to look for one by the airport since we were picking up our DIL there. We needed a pet friendly hotel and that limited our choices as we also put breakfast in the search filter since we had the grandkids with us and they love the experience of a hotel breakfast…. For over $160 per room I would have expected clean rooms and could have looked past the wear and tear, stained curtains, dirty walls, paint pealing and dust but I wouldn’t pay 60$ to stay in this place.
