"Poor front desk staff. Cory needs to be fired."

No shuttle service provided- prepaid for park,sleep,fly. Front desk staff was rude at midnight checkin. He made it clear that nothing was his problem.

"It was terrible. We hardly slept because we were scared."

Location near airport

Feeling scared. Front desk knocked on our door at 1:40 am. We were terrified thinking someone was trying to get into our room. We called the cops.

"Absolutely horrible never again. Rude staff, dirty moly and cold pool, rooms not made I had to plug in my own tv, wires"

It was absolutely awful…. Tv was unplugged and pushed in behind the stand, DIRTYYY. Pool had mold, room had no soap in it and the front desk people were ignorant and unprofessional
